Catcher is a marketplace where businesses advertise orders for delivery and professional delivery drivers offer their services to deliver them.
Businesses set a maximum budget with a base price and other variables (rain bonus, high demand,...). Drivers set their asking price with total freedom. When there is a “match” between the two, Drivers can see the ad and if they are interested, they can “catch” it (that’s why we are called Catcher!).
The Catcher platform offers you the option to automatically pass along your order to a fleet you have contracted as a backup in case no Driver is no available on the Catcher marketplace.
To guarantee the collection of the service and the full autonomy of drivers, it is only possible to advertise an order on Catcher in prepaid mode. We offer two possibilities for recharging the balance in the Catcher account:
- Credit/debit card
- SEPA B2B direct debit.
The funds are managed from a retention account that guarantees their protection and that is in charge of sending them to the dealer when he finishes a shipment.
The platform generates a ticket for each delivery made at the time it is produced and withholds the amount corresponding to the shipping cost + the Catcher commission and the corresponding taxes. At the end of the month, it is accessible from the panel of your business to download the invoices for both the Catcher commissions and the shipping services that each dealer has provided you.
